In well-written novels and stories, the location where the action happens is often a character in itself. Think of Maycomb, Alabama (To Kill A Mockingbird), or Haddam, New Jersey (Richard Ford’s Frank Bascombe novels and stories). In this workshop for adults, you will create fictitious places that seem real and, in a way, influence what happens in the story.
