Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre Celebrates 10 Years

Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre celebrates 10 years of inspiring greatness with free family activities.

Some free and low cost recreational activities in the month of October: waynegr4etzkysportscentre.ca  Space is limited for some activities and will require registration in advance.

The big celebration takes place on Sat. Oct. 21, 10am to 6pm.  It’s going to be an unforgettable day filled with fun and festivities for the whole family including a Ferris wheel, free public swim and skate, meet and greets with your favourite Paw Patrol characters Skye and Chase and The Q-Mack All Star Experience Show.  Special one-day-only membership promotions will be available as well as facility tours and giveaways. Dout “The Great” Hunt attempts to break the stilt walking Guinness World Record – an exhilarating feat you won’t want to miss.  50 feet in the air!  We will also unveil a new outdoor public art display to honour our beloved late Lord Mayor Walter Gretzky.
