VON Safety at Home

Learn about how the Safety at Home Program promotes independence and mobility among older adults, allowing them to stay healthy, safe, and strong at home. The focus is to prevent falls through education and increasing awareness of the services and support available to reduce risks of falls at home. This program is funded through Home and Community Care Support Services and the program’s focus is to keep seniors living at home and in their community.
