Self-Advocacy for Healthcare Conversations

The Grand River Council on Aging invites you to join Christine Platt for this workshop for older adults to improve outcomes in their conversations with healthcare providers.  Partipants will learn how to be ACTIVE using the SPEAK strategies in this virtual presentation created by the Waterloo Wellington Older Adult Strategy Community Network, based on lived experiences of older adults as well as healthcare professionals from across the region.
