Jane's Walk

I am excited to host/guide 2 (two) historic walking tours in the village of Burford, in conjunction with Jane’s Walk and Belonging Brant.

1st Walk:
In the morning, (10am to 12 noon) we will be concentrating on the early founding of the village of Burford. It will be a linear route taking the walkers from the existing village out to the west end, where the settlement began.

2nd Walk:
In the afternoon (2:00pm to 4:00pm) we will focus on the development of the village as we know it, through the 1830’s to Edwardian times and will follow Maple Avenue south of the village, to the former railway line and industrial area of the village.

Where: Corner of Park Ave. and King St. parking lot.
