FREE – Join us for an hour of practice, discussion and learning. Guided Mindfulness Meditation instruction will be provided in each class. Sitting periods will be 10-20 minutes, framed by discussion, instruction and readings.

Mindfulness is effective in addressing depression, anxiety and PTSD. If you or someone you care about is dealing with any of these, join us to see how this practice can provide you with an increased awareness when addressing these challenges.
