Brant Celebrates Culture Days is coming to the County of Brant this fall (Sept. 22 to Oct. 15) and we are putting a call out for contributors.  “A variety of community members are encouraged to take part; musicians, dancers, theatre performers, local historians, crafters, authors, culinary artists, as well as museums, heritage sites and more,” says Kayla Cicman Arts, Culture and Heritage Officer for the County of Brant.  We want to highlight the importance of arts and culture in our communities.  There is also the opportunity for participants to receive up to $1,000. in funding to support their program.

Those interested in learning more about participating in Brant Celebrates Culture Days are invited to join staff for a free information session and workshop on Mon. June 19 at 1:00pm at the County of Brant Council Chambers, 7 Broadway St. West in Paris.  You can also participate online via zoom at https://www.brant.ca/en/arts-culture-events/brant-celebrates-culture-days.aspx.

“This session will allow individuals to meet with other creatives and cultural groups in the community,” said Cicman.
