On Mon. Nov. 29, 2021, the Cowan Community Health Hub will officially open its doors to the public.
“The Health Hub will serve the community well and we have so many people to thank for the success of this great new community asset. Access to quality health care and social services is imperative for our residents, especially as our population continues to age.”
The Health Hub, located at 25 Curtis Ave. N., Paris is designed to allow greater access to a variety of health and social services under one roof.

The Health Hub cost $13 million dollars to build. A $2 million dollar fundraising campaign is almost 90% complete thanks to the generous donors. “Without our donors, we wouldn’t be here today,” said Mayor David Bailey. “We are so grateful for their generosity. We still have 10% left to raise in our campaign, so please donate if you can. Each donation matters, no matter how bit or small.” All donations are recognized on the donor wall in the Health Hub.
The 41,365 square foot Hub is comprised of sustainable design features such as a vegetated “green” roof, highly insulated building envelope, solar panels, electric vehicle charging station, and energy efficient fixtures and equipment.
