County of Brant hosting Official Grand Opening of the TF Warren Group Cainsville Community Centre

The County of Brant is pleased to host the Official Grand Opening of the TF Warren Group Cainsville Community Centre on July 1 from 11:30am to 2:00pm.  “We invite the community to come and celebrate the beautiful new community centre in Cainsville,” said Mayor David Bailey.  IN the spirit of fun and good fellowship, we hope you’ll join us for a number of family-friendly activities with a Canadiana flair.

Activities include:

• 11:30am – grand opening speeches, thans and acknowledgements
• 12:00pm
  • free barbeque
  • visit with princesses
  • face painting
  • take home a balloon animal
  • explore a fire truck
  • play garden games
  • participate in a community craft project
  • visit with friends from the Twin Valley Zoo
  • view the restored Adam’s Wagon
  • tour the new Cainsville Community Centre
  • meet your neighbours

The fundraising campaign for the Centre was launched in spring 2022 and in spring 2023, the County of Brant officially announced the $1.5 million dollar goal had been exceeded thanks to many generous donations.
