Brant County SPCA Event

The Brant County SPCA hosts an open House at the shelter every fall for our supporters, adopters and the community to come, bring your pet and enjoy an afternoon of fun.  We are excited to invite our supporters and pets to join us again!

This year, the event will look a little different – we are hosting a larger event on Sunday. Sept. 10, 12:00 – 4:00pm at the Boys and Girls Club in Brantford to celebrate all the animals we have helped.  It is a drop-in, family friendly event.  There will be  a BBQ, games and activities.

We are thrilled to be able to share the plans for the new building and how we will be able to expand our community programs to help more animals in need.

The new Animal Centre will be nearly five times the size of our current shelter, each square foot was purposefully designed to reduce stress and enhance the health and well-being for all animals.  It is more than a shelter, it’s a safe haven for the pets in our local community and the people that love them.  It’s about creating a space where people can connect with the animals they love.
