Join us on Fridays for a weekly walk and chat! These walks are a great opportunity for community connection, engaging conversation, and, of course, exercise!

Each week we choose a new location to explore across Brantford and Brant County. Let us know your favourite spots!

Walks are typically an hour long and we walk snow, rain, or shine! Everyone is welcome and there are no expectations. We walk at all different levels and paces.
