A Conversation with Your Local Ontario Health Team

Citizens who receive healthcare in Brantford, Brant and Norfolk are invited to join us for an open discussion about their individual experiences in our local health system, both positive and negative. We want to know what is working, what is not and how we can improve the delivery of healthcare and community health services in Brantford, Brant and Norfolk. There will also be a brief educational presentation on the concept of Ontario Health Teams and how they are changing the way health care is delivered across Ontario.
This is an exciting and significant opportunity for the future of healthcare in our area. It is important for local residents to know that they can have a meaningful impact on how healthcare is delivered to them and their families.

Light refreshments will be provided.

The primary purpose of the events are to build relationships based in trust and create a safe space for people to share their individual experiences and ideas. Attendees can expect a focused conversation about the local healthcare system and the priorities for change as identified by those using the system. It is the intent of the Brantford Brant Norfolk Ontario Health Team to build a mutually beneficial relationship with the people it serves, and to include them as equal partners in decision-making. It will also be an opportunity to further engage, include, and introduce the partnership between Brantford Brant and Norfolk, strengthening plans for future collaboration.
