Both entrepreneurship and philanthropy can happen at any age but one local boy showed that these traits can start at a young age too.

Eleven year old Jackson Neziol partnered with Nova Vita this summer to provide Back to School kits to the children at Nova Vita. His idea was to sell kits to other kids in order for them to get ready for the upcoming school season. Each kit has a number of items including rulers, markers, pens, paper and a myriad of need supplies. On top of this, Jackson donated one kit for every 10 kits he sold.
When Jackson started this venture, it was geared toward saving parents’ time and money when getting ready for the school year. But to his delight many people had also given him donations to provide more kits to the Shelter.
Thanks to Jackson’s efforts, Nova Vita was grateful to receive over 50 BeReady packs of Back to School supplies for the children at the Shelter.
